1 star because I sent back a defective product (a cracked wooden post) and I have not been reimbursed after almost a month since they received the defective product. Customer service is as important as the products.
A very nice basket. Altough very big for an M. Beautiful color and strong fabric. The middle is a little bit high in mine opinion and so the sides have deep pockets
My last purchase was, among other things, a medium cover Snug Endurance - color Harbour Grey.
My furrbaby Basco and myself are 'over the moon' about this Fantail bed.
The color is exquisite and fits in every interior. The fabric 'Endurance' lives up to its promises.
Basco needs a few minutes of scratching his bed before he lays down for the night, and that's exactly what it is designed for.
It's so unbelievably strong and still looks and feels very comfortable.
Now, when I hear him 'doing his nighttime ritual', I don't longer have to fear another rip in the fabric.
AMAZING 👏 🤩 🐾💯❤️🤗
Recommend the stargaze L for big dogs who like to stretch ! 🐾 easy to wash as well thanks to removable cover 🌿
The whole set is very good. It's great. Shipping was fine, it's not cheap, but it's worth the price.
