The shipping from our warehouse starts on February 8. Depending on your location, you'll receive your cat climb within a few days. What do I need to assemble the components?
Find your configuration on our Manual page and get clear instructions on how you need to assemble your components. Your package will include all the necessary hardware such as screws, plugs and dowels to get started.
Are all the materials used safe for my cat(s)?
Rest assured: they definitely are. Our experienced design team and our cat behaviourist have all approved the used materials. We have also tested all of the components with several cats over an extended period of time to confirm the safety of our product.
Are the components I buy seperately of the same quality as the pre-set configurations?
Yes. You get the exact same components that are used for our predefined configurations.
