When will I receive my pre-ordered cat climb?
The shipping from our warehouse starts on February 8. Depending on your location, you'll receive your cat climb within a few days. For more information about shipping to your country and delivery times, check shipping page. But don't worry: you'll receive a tracking link from the moment your package leaves our warehouse. Start the countdown!
Can the cat climb hold the weight of my cat?
Rigorous testing shows that our platforms and baskets can carry up to 6 kg. If you have two cats, it's perfectly possible for both of them to use the cat climb at the same time - as long as they keep watch on different platforms.
Is the cat climb easy to assemble?
Your cat will be climbing and chilling before you know it thanks to the clear instructions. You can find them on our manual page or in your mailbox if you ordered your cat climb online. Bought your configuration in a store? Scan the QR-code provided on the packaging. That will take you straight to the right manual.
Can I expand my cat climb later on?
Of course. That’s the beauty of modular design! You can start with one of our standard configurations and take it from there. All of the cat climb components can be bought separately, both in-store and online. When you expand, please make sure you order all the necessary parts. Feel free to contact us if you need help.

Being so alert all day makes you sleepy. Your cat needs at least one comfortable spot - preferably up high - to catch some ZZZ's. A higher border around their bed makes them feel safe and less vulnerable.
They feel supported in any position and can curl up into a ball and disappear whenever they want to. A comfy hiding spot close to the ceiling? Purrrrfect!
