FAQs
Will my order arrive in one package?
No, your order will arrive in two separate packages. The Fantail bed and the PINO bowls are shipped directly from each brand’s own warehouse.
When will I receive my Fantail bed?
Fantail beds ship from our distribution center with next-day delivery (for orders placed before 17:00). You’ll receive a tracking e-mail from Fantail once your bed has been dispatched.
When will I receive my PINO bowls?
The PINO bowl & tray set is shipped from PINO’s warehouse. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You’ll receive a separate tracking e-mail from PINO to follow your bowls.
What if my bed arrives before the bowls (or the other way around)?
That’s completely normal! Since they ship separately, one item may arrive before the other. Once both arrive, they’ll come together as The Green Retreat.
Do I pay extra shipping costs for two parcels?
No. Shipping is free of charge for the entire bundle.
What should I do if I only receive one package?
Don’t worry. Simply check your e-mail for the second tracking link (from either Fantail or PINO). If you haven’t received it after a few days, reach out to our support team via info@fantail.eu and we’ll help you track it down.
How do returns work for The Green Retreat?
Since your order is shipped in two parts, returns are also processed separately.
- For returning the Fantail bed, please follow the instructions on Fantail’s return policy.
- For returning the PINO bowls, please follow the instructions on PINO’s return policy.
If you wish to return both items, you’ll need to initiate each return individually with the respective brand.
