Return Policy
100% satisfaction with every piece you buy from www.fantail.be and the very best service, that's what we aim for every day. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we are happy to accept a return and refund request. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, colour or size, please return the item and place a new order.
REQUEST YOUR RETURN:
Size too big or too small, or the colour not what you expected? That is no problem at all. Just send an email to info@fantail.eu to request a return.
OUR SERVICE:
- 30 days right of return from the moment of delivery of the order.
- Free returns for countries within the EU (Norway and the UK are considered outside the EU).
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS:
- COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU
- Request a return by sending an email to info@fantail.eu.
- Pack the items you wish to return with the original packaging.
- When the return is approved, we will send you a return label and shipping label, which you can stick on the package, over the old label.
- Take your parcel to a parcel shop of the carrier indicated on the shipping label in your area.
- Keep the postal/carrier’s receipt as proof of return.
- Upon receipt, the items will be inspected by us to check that they are still in fully undamaged/unused condition with labels in perfect condition (see conditions below).
- Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of your returned items.
- COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
- Request a return by sending an email to info@fatail.eu.
- Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging.
- When the return is approved, take your package to a post office for shipment.

OUR CONDITIONS :
We are happy to accept your return, provided the following points are observed:
- The return is requested via info@fantail.eu within 30 days after delivery of your order.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the package was not returned via our returns service.
- For hygienic reasons, each piece is strictly unused, with no dog/cat hair and/or smell, without being washed and in completely undamaged condition.
- The original labels and tags are attached to the pieces and in perfect condition.
- The original packaging is enclosed and undamaged.
If one of these conditions is not met, we won’t be able to refund your return and we also can’t send the item back to you. As we are unfortunately sometimes confronted with these issues, we regrettably have to apply these strict rules.
- For refunds, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
- Shipping costs are only refunded if you received a product that was not the product you ordered, or if the product was damaged when you received it.
