I have nothing to say about the product. It was really nice and we unfortunately had to return it because the 'inside' space for our dog was a bit too small compared to what he had before.
The treatment of the return took a bit longer than what I am used to, but after emailing them several times they took care of it. Just acknowledge that they are a small team and things can take longer.

Quite expensive, but happy that we could get a replacement cover and reuse the "pillow parts" of the bed we had instead of having to buy a whole new bed. Previous cover used until it literally shredded apart. Reuse instead of repurchase.

Livraison rapide et soignée. Le panier semble de très bonne qualité, à voir bien sûr dans le temps, mais la première impression est très positive. La taille L est parfaite pour monberger australien (25kg - 30kg) Il y a assez de place pour s'allonger confortablement. Seul petit bémol : le prix est assez élevé et il n'y avait pas de réduction au moment de mon achat. J'aurais aimé pouvoir prendre une housse supplémentaire (qui est disponible sur le site), mais compte tenu du prix du panier, cela n'était pas possible pour moi. Malgré cela, je recommande sans hésitation. Produit de qualité qui semble durable.
Dit is het eerste hondenbed waar onze australische herder effectief in wil liggen. Het bed en de randen zijn stevig, de stof voelt zeer aangenaam en niet te warm én het staat ook mooi in ons interieur. Een aanrader!

Really good quality firm, and comfortable to the point that my wife keeps trying to climb in with them.
We had a delivery issue with the second one – a local courier issue. The moment I contacted Fantail customer service, they were on it immediately! The bed arrived the next day. Their team even sent a follow-up email to check in.

La panier a un confort certain mais la qualité du tissu n'est pas au rendez-vous. Dès les premières utilisations, le tissus bouloche et s'abîme. Le prix étant assez conséquent, une matière plus qualitative et naturelle serait appréciée. Dès que le chien mâche des friandises, il y a des dépôts dans les recoins qui accrochent la matière et la détériore un peu plus rapidement. Je reste un peu déçue de cet achat. A noter cependant que les coutures et fermetures éclairs des houses restent résistantes.
I was a little sceptical at first, but our dogs love the bed! My Bernese Mountain Dog has never used beds before, always hated them - sofa and human bed kinda dog only - is now regularly lying down in this bed.
So glad I found this website, now I might have to buy a second one though.

I ordered the bed for our 10 month Cretan Hound who is now around 15kg and sort of whippet size and type. She loves it. So does our 15 year old border terrier and Orestes the cat!

Kreeg een cover dat veel te klein was alhoewel er op de verpakking L stond aangeduid.
Niet mogelijk om te retourneren zonder eerst een mail te sturen.
Er werd mij foto's gevraagd om de afmetingen te bewijzen, met meter…
Daarna link gekregen om te retourneren.
Wacht nu naar mijn geld(14 dagen) maar vertrouw het niet zo om weer een nieuwe te bestellen
