Does my order qualify for the 100 Days of Free Sleep trial?
Each customer is eligible for one 100 Days of Free Sleep trial with their first order placed on our Fantail website. Only first time orders placed on our website with a maximum of two pet beds are eligible for the trial. Any orders placed using the same payment information, address or email address will be considered as being placed by the same customer.
Once you have returned a product as part of your 100 Days of Free Sleep trial, you will not be eligible for another trial for the same product. If you purchased your Fantail product through a third-party website or retailer, your purchase does not qualify for the 100 Days of Free Sleep trial.

Can I exchange an item if I buy the wrong size?
We hope that with the help of our helpful size guide, you will select the perfect size for your pet. If you order the wrong size, a one-time size exchange will be offered as part of the 100 Days of Free Sleep trial. In this case, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 100 days of receiving your item, to let us know that you would like to exchange your item. We will treat this exchange as the completion of your 100 Days of Free Sleep trial so you will not be able to exchange this product again.
Can I return an item?
If you return an item, you will not be eligible for any additional 100 Days of Free Sleep trials for that product type. For example, if you return a bed, you will not be eligible for another trial on future bed orders.
You can return a maximum of two pet beds from your first order so we advise that you try some of our product first before ordering in large quantities.
To ensure that we can donate returned beds to charity, all returned items must be in good condition and free of stains and damage.
How do I return an item?
If you want to return an item, contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to request a pre-paid returns label. You can then return your item by post.
Once your return has been accepted by the warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
